Rejestracja
1. Formularz rejestracyjny
Formularz rejestracyjny [PDF] {potrzebujesz darmowy Adobe Reader}z danymi kontaktowymi musi być wypełniony dla każdego ucznia/studenta.
Formularze rejestracyjne są dostępne w szkole w dniu zajęć oraz na stronie internetowej szkoły.
Podpisany formularz rejestracyjny wraz z opłatą należy dostarczyć osobiście do szkoły w dniu rozpoczęcia zajęć.
2. Opłata za szkołę

£5 za sesje 3 godz. Język polski, geografia, historia, oplata z góry za cały semestr płatna przy zapisach, czyli £50.

tańce folklorystyczne i muzyka £3 za sesję 1 godz. czyli £30 za semetr
* dzieci do 14 tego roku życia
bezpłatnie za naukę angielskiego , sesje 1.5godz.
* dorośli uczący się polskiego
£20 za sesje 2 gdz. czyli £200 za semestr
dorośli uczący się języka angielskiego
£10 za sesje 2 godz. czyli £100 za semestr zieci
3. Zajęcia
Zajęcia szkolne odbywają się w soboty w dwóch blokach 1). 10:00 - 13:00 i 2) 13.15- 14.45.

Enrolment procedure
1. Registration form
A registration form [PDF] {you need free Adobe Reader}with contact details must be completed for each pupil/student. Registration forms are available from the school on Saturdays and on its website. Please return the signed forms to the School
2. Fees
The fees will be discussed during the joint meeting of Parents and Managements Commitees and be settled for a term up front before commencement of attendance to the class.
All fees for the term will be due upfront and before the commencement of the first class.
Fees can be paid by cheque or cash. Please make cheques payable to "Polish Community School in Woking".
3. Classes
School classes are held on Saturdays in two blocks
1) 10.00 a.m.- 13.00p.m.
2) 1,15-2,15 pm at SJB school.
